I think that RSS feeds are used to track changes to sites, but I've never used one and I don't know how you get one here. Maybe someone a little more web savvy can help us?
Blogspot provides an Atom feed. Append /atom.xml to the end of your Blogspot URL to get your Atom feed. For example http://foxcroftstriders.blogspot.com has an Atom feed at http://foxcroftstriders.blogspot.com/atom.xml
I tried it, subscribed, and now it shows up in my bookmarks. Not sure, but I think it might also link with gmail? Maybe you can post something, and I can see if I get a notice....
